Had a good workout tonight, though I don't think I ate enough during the day b/c while I was doing the elipitcal I got a little dizzy and had to stop. Here is what I did before that...
Warm Up: Joint mobility
21-15-9
2hand swings w/ 24kg
Pull ups (kipping technique)
Squats
Push ups
For time: 9:12
Not bad.
Then I messed around with the 5lb Clubbells doing Mills, Swipes and Swings
Overall a good day.
