I took the weekend off from working out this past weekend. I just didn't have it in me. I probably would have if I would have started, but I couldn't get myself going. This morning's workout was great. Here is what I did...
Snatch w/ 12kg 5 min X 2
2-hand swing w/ 16kg
Burpees
(alternating these. 30sec for each for 5 min)
Clean-Squat-Press w/ 12kg
Slamball w/ 8lb
(alternating these. 30sec for each for 5 min)
I did this exact workout last week but it is such an intense workout and I felt so great after I had to do it again.
So this past week I lost 3lbs which I am very happy about. I know 1-2lbs of that is water, but I am ok with that. I really have been putting my all in my workouts and eating clean so I am glad it is paying off.

You did TWO 5-min snatch sets? That's hardcore. Can't believe you did other stuff after that.
It was hard, but felt good. I think that is something we all have in common when it comes to KBs...they can kill us and we still beg for more!
Wow, I totally missed the 5 min snath sets! How often did you switch...did you switch...how many reps did you get??
